Electric Supply Ranked # 9 on Tampa Bay's Top 70 Best Workplaces
Electric Supply, Inc. was named again as one of Tampa Bay’s Top Work Places 2011 by the St. Petersburg Times. In 2010 Electric Supply ranked #12 on the then top 60 list. This year 131 companies participated in the program and 70 companies have been selected for the Top Workplaces award. The 70 leading employers in the Tampa Bay region were nominated by their employees, who were then surveyed about a variety of topics, including practices and policies that make these companies the top places to work.
The companies were ranked based on leadership, compensation and training, workplace flexibility, and diversity. The rankings were published on TampaBay.com, in the April 17 edition of the St. Petersburg Times and on April 18 in tbt* Tampa Bay Times.
To be considered for participation, companies or government entities had to employ at least 50 workers in Florida. The Top Work Places 2011 in Tampa Bay program was created by the St. Petersburg Times and WorkplaceDynamics.
Congratulations to the Electric Supply Team!
